Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing takes 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by destination:
Australia orders: 3–7 business days
International orders: 7–21 business days, depending on location and customs
Q: Will I be charged customs duties or taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Q: How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy? We do not accept returns, so please choose your Halo stone carefully
Q: Can I exchange something?
Absolutely! If the item is in stock, we’re happy to arrange an exchange. Please note the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

Q: Will my item look exactly like the photos?
Each piece is unique, especially if handcrafted or made from natural materials—so slight variations are normal, and make your halo stone individual.
